Kind of gives you a feeling where in you tell yourself to let go…to set yourself free… not bounding and not making anyone do the same and enjoy the feeling within! I wish we could do this all the time-what a better place world would be to breathe in!!!

madankataria | 9 juin 2008 Laughter Yoga is ideally suited for those suffering from cancer because it does not involve humor which is mental phenomenon. when some one has cancer it is very difficult to find funny as the mind is in turmoil. This is where Laughter Yoga is much better way to laugh because it is physically oriented technique.
